Platinum Care at Home Ltd specialise in offering care to service users in their own home. We pride ourselves on the highest standards, a flexible service and one which is completely tailored around each service user, their family and their individual circumstances.
We also believe that it is as a result of our diverse, highly skilled and highly qualified staff that we are able to offer this.
From the managerial team to the care staff working with our service users on a daily basis, every member of the Platinum Care at Home team is dedicated to maintaining the privacy and dignity of each of our service users, in raising their emotional and physical well-being and providing care of the highest standard.
Meeting the Team
Our service users will first meet the dynamic team when a senior member of our care staff guides them through an extensive evaluation. This will include a detailed medical history, their current requirements and their own personal needs and allows us to draw up, together with them and their family, a personalised and tailored care plan. Our aim is to offer as much or as little care and interception as is required by each individual and our evaluation process allows us to ensure that each service user is given the best possible start in our services.
After this, the service user will be introduced to the team members who will be providing their care. We believe in continuity of care and therefore, it is our aim wherever possible to assign service users with their own members of our team. This allows the building of a strong and trusting relationship between service user and care giver and allows the care giver to immediately spot if the service user requires additional care or assistance.
Training Our Staff
It is our belief that Platinum Care at Home Ltd is only as strong as the staff we employ and support. Therefore, we look for dynamic personalities with the enthusiasm and passion to make a genuine difference to the lives of our service users. Each member of the team is then taken through an intense and ongoing training programme, allowing them to provide care and support of the highest possible standard.
