Platinum Care at Home offers a full and complex range of care at home services for a wide variety of client needs.

Our clients may include the elderly and vulnerable, those with physical and learning disabilities and those suffering with dementia. In addition, we offer palliative care and support to those with sensory impairment.

We’re always looking for diverse, passionate staff with the personality to make a difference to our clients and their families.

Whether you’re an experienced care worker or have the enthusiasm and passion to make a real difference; if you’re looking for a challenging environment, a daily challenge and a job you can be proud of then Platinum Care at Home wants to hear from you.

As part of our highly skilled team, you’ll enjoy an intensive training period as well as ongoing support as you carry out your duties.

Selection Process

We take the care of our clients extremely seriously, and as such the selection process for the staff who carry out that care and support is also taken very seriously. After submitting your application we will contact you for an interview. If you are successful, you will then be required to attend an interview at our office.  We require a full work history and 2 references.  As part of our recruitment process you will be required to obtain a DBS so we can ensure you are suitable to work with our clients.  All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory DBS and 2 references.  Once this information is obtained you will then start our training and induction process.

All our carers are required to undertake the Care Certificate, this is an induction into Health and Social Care and replaced the Common Induction Standards.
